Baga Retreat House
The Baga retreat house or the Casa de Retiros as it is known, is situated
on the peninsular end of the Calangute shore. It is ideally used for prayer
and meditation and was built by Father Le Tellier.
Medicinal springs at Mottant
The Medicinal springs at Mottant are near the Bom Viagem Convent. This is
an ideal spot for picnics and bathing, as the water is believed to be
therapeutic.
Club Tito's
Baga has a lively nightlife. The hottest hangout place here is the Tito's
which has a dance floor and hefty sound system outside a big hotel for
miles.

Air: The Dabolim airport is 29 kms away from Panaji.
Rail:The nearest railway station is at Karmali, 11 kms away Panaji.
Road: One can reach Baga beach within ten minutes from Mapusa and
thirty minutes from state capital, Panaji. Buses are available for Panaji
and Mapusa from Baga and Calangute. Mapusa is around 8 kms away from Baga.
